The hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were quite dark and not ready until 5 pm, the beautiful view of the parking lot was a surprisingly nice touch. The service, on the other hand, was extremely kind and amazing, offering a wide range of amenities. The location was initially promising due to its proximity to Ojai but had both positives and negatives. The dining experience disappointed with tasteless and overpriced options, but the facilities were generally good.
The hotel is nicely located near the spa, although close to a heavily trafficked service road on weekends. The rooms are newly decorated and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The price for the quality of service is considered just okay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the noise level was unbearable, making it difficult for me to relax.
